Gemma and Matt have a combined working history of over 40 years within the Construction and Development Industry. With Matt’s thorough knowledge of overall construction across multiple sectors, and Gemma’s comprehensive understanding of the planning and feasibility phases, we have the unique blend of skills needed to provide detailed and bespoke services across a variety of projects

Dowlas collaborate with a wider team of professionals who can be drafted into projects as and when required, thus enabling us to be both time and cost-efficient. We work with Landowners to unlock potential sites, Business Owners to assist in site relocation or expansion, and Investors to help their funds deliver strong returns
