Working on behalf of a remote client to gain planning and, redevelop, a previously non-viable mixed-use scheme by incorporating an adjoining theatre to offer a Leisure, Retail, F&B and Residential project that adds benefit to the local community as well as raising the aspirations of the area.
This involved working closely with North Somerset Council Investment, Planning and Heritage Teams to establish the best way forward. Working to tight budget constraints, Dowlas have been able to prove viability and attract end-users to this development.
