Dowlas have successfully managed to act as both land promoter and retained advisors to enable the delivery of circa 400 homes with Bloor Homes and Strongvox.
Working with both Land Owners and Housing Developers to secure interest and negotiate land price, we were then able to support the projects throughout the planning process in obtaining relevant permissions for both schemes.
As part of this project, Dowlas needed to gain a change of land use from commercial to residential, liaising with relevant bodies and acting in line with planning policy.
