Dorset Manor House Estate Development

Dowlas were appointed to carry out a site wide assessment on a large Manor House estate and produce a master development strategy to increase the commercial viability of the site.​

Working within and AONB, the team carried out all necessary surveys, cost appraisals and feasibility to produce a strategy that would deliver high commercial ‘Return on Investment’ whilst remaining sympathetic to the environment.​

From this initial Masterplan, we were able to prepare, submit and achieve successful planning for the works to proceed, working with the Local Authority and consultants to ensure a smooth journey for the Client.​

Working with local Suppliers and Contractors, Dowlas acted as Project Managers ​for the duration of the build overseeing all Cost control, Change management and Quality Control.​
