Baileys Buildings – Towns Fund Investment

Dowlas were appointed as Project Lead by Beckery Island Regeneration Trust to bring these historic buildings back to life.​

Funded by the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities’ Towns Deal Fund initiative (which aims to regenerate towns and deliver long-term economic and productivity growth), the £12m project sees the restoration and conversion of a 19th-century tannery and glove factory that lay derelict for over 40 years.​
